Golden Toad, Inc. and its webmaster (referred in this notice collectively as the “Golden Toad”) have created this privacy notice to let you know that we are committed to protecting your privacy. The Golden Toad knows that you care how information about you is used, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. This notice describes our privacy policy. Golden Toad, Inc. does not share any of your information with any third parties with the exception of the information we have to forward on to credit card companies, banks and their affiliates to facilitate the processing of your order.

Order forms and registration forms (“Forms”) on the Golden Toad’s websites require users to give us contact information (like their name and e-mail address) and confidential information (like their account or credit card numbers). The Golden Toad uses customer contact information from the Forms to send the user information about our company only. The customer's contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings by indicating so on the Forms. Financial information that is collected is only used to bill the user for products.

The Golden Toad works to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the information you input. The Golden Toad does not reveal all of the numbers of your credit card when confirming an order. The Golden Toad must transmit the entire credit card number (SSL encrypted) to the appropriate credit card company and bank during order processing.
