Grilled Steak
Ingredients
- 1 lb Prime Rib-Eye
- Olive Oil
- Golden Toad Prime Steak Rub
- Butter (no margarine!)
Preparation
- Clean Steak
- Rub with enough olive oil to lightly coat
- Rub with Golden Toad Prime Steak Rub to taste
- Cover and let sit until the meat comes to room temperature
- Preheat Grill – I like mine at 450°
- Grill steak to your taste – mine is medium rare so I
hit it for about 4 minutes on each side
- Remove steak from grill and place in a deep glass dish (single
layers)
- Top each steak with a teaspoon of butter
- Cover dish with foil and let sit for a few minutes while you
plate up the rest of your meal
- Enjoy!
